 Co-Founders Ian Robson and Zane Haupt bring a wealth of experience and perspective from their

career journeys both here at home in Australia and abroad.

Ian Robson has built a reputation of international standing as a global CEO across a career of

nearly four decades in multiple sports and jurisdictions. Operational capability and delivery,

underpinned by an unconditional commitment to culture, integrity, stakeholder management and

sustained high-performance outcomes, has been the hallmark of his career.

Zane Haupt, in the cut throat worlds of global high-performance sport, venture capital and

property development, has forged a reputation as an alternative thinker and solution creator in

the face of complex problems. Seeing a new way through, when others just see roadblocks, is the

key to his passion and fierce desire to unlocking value.

These diverse backgrounds, and a strong set of aligned values, underpin the establishment of RHA.

Our application is intentionally broad because the opportunities we work on are not confined to

one industry sector. We can work with established organisations and emerging businesses, public
